Jane King
Head of HR ServicesJane has worked in a variety of management and directorate roles within Human Resource Management for over 30 years and joined ECP in 2016 within the Corporate Team.
Jane is passionate about ensuring HR services are transparent and accessible for both the Employer and Employee. Jane is a HR specialist providing bespoke HR services to corporate clients.
At ECP Jane’s aim is to support companies by taking away all those time-consuming, mundane but necessary, tasks of HR management.

Robert Stamp
Corporate Project AnalystRobert has been working in the financial sector since 2012, where he started his career as a case manager supporting the IFS team of financial advisers.
A major part of this role was running in-house due diligence on EIS and SEIS companies, and it was during this period that Robert began to broaden his investment knowledge and skills. Following this, as part of his career development he transferred to the ECP role of Corporate Project Analyst.
His role at ECP is to assess companies and identify the most suitable sources of investment and capital raising through EIS, SEIS and direct investment, as well as provide general mentoring and advice to companies at all stages of development.

Elliott Cronin
Business ServicesElliott is a first-class honours graduate with previous experiences working within educational sector and IT distribution.
He joined the ECP team in 2020 to help support all the sectors of ECP and help improve the companies processes and act as front-line support for clients.
Elliott is an enthusiastic individual who wants to help wherever he can and is in the process of completing qualifications in Human Resources to support internal and external requirements.
Elliott is also integral to organising ongoing marketing campaigns and resources such as the website, blog, and social media platforms.

Sian Mason
Senior AdministratorSian joined our sister company Adviser Business Solutions in 2012 as an Administrator.
Sian developed excellent skills within the finance industry and is particularly diligent. This led to her progression to Senior Administrator.
Then in 2019 Sian become involved with Harbourside Legal and consequently qualified as a Will Writer with The Society of Will Writers.

Jonathon Crout
Case Management SupportJon joined Adviser Business Solutions in 2018 as a report writer.
However, Jon was approached to assist with the launch a new legal services team and went on to pass The Society of Will Writers & Estate Planning Practitioners Exam in July 2019. At the same time, he became an affiliate member of The Society of Will Writers, achieving full membership in July 2020.
As part of Harbourside Legal he advises clients on wills and lasting powers of attorney.
