Our team are highly qualified with over 40 years of experience and offer support by either face-to-face meetings, online video calls, email or phone. Whichever is appropriate.
The HR Team at ECP offer a range of services, which can be tailored to your needs. We predominantly aim to support micro and SME’s. However, we are happy to discuss your requirements whatever the size of your business.
HR Advisory Services

- Unlimited provision of templated letters & forms following advice & guidance
- Unlimited HR advice & guidance via email/phone between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (exc bank holidays)
- Employee access to our Employment & HR Advice e-helpline providing a response within 24 hours.
- Annual review (read through) of your Employee Handbook & Contract of Employment with recommendations of amendments and updates if required.
